TABLA TRAINING: Preliminary tabla training started under the able guidance of his uncle Late Pandit Shri Shreetosh Bhattacharya and afterwards he took tabla lessons from his father, the renowned tabla player Late Pandit Shri Asutosh Bhattacharya, who was awarded by the Sangeet Natak Academy of Lucknow, a disciple of world famous Tabla Samrat Late Shri Pandit Kanthe Maharaj-ji.
